In November, 2012 the SAP company and Skolkovo Foundation announced agreement signature on implementation of SuccessFactors, a cloud solution for management of personnel resources. It it was announced during a round table on the subject "SuccessFactors-cloud computing for building of strategy of business".

The uniqueness of the project in Technopark Skolkovo is that he will become the first example of implementation of the localized solution SuccessFactors in Russia. In its framework it is going to automate all process of hiring of personnel in the system of SAP. Thus, rendering recruiting service to all project participants Skolkovo, including to more than 750 startups as external agency will become possible.

Implementation of the project will give to technopark the following advantages:

  • uniform base of applicants;
  • ability to integrate with social networks and job portals;
  • uniform process of search/hiring, and, therefore, economy of costs
  • tracking of potential candidates even before adoption of their summary
  • an opportunity to develop performance & goals management

SuccessFactors is an example of modern IT solution in the field of cloud computing for increase in efficiency, the application which are intended for the enterprises of any scale and are easily integrated with the SAP solutions Business Suite, SAP Business ByDesign, SAP Business All-in-One and SAP Business One.

SuccessFactors are urged to help the company to solve three main tasks:

  • set compliance between the purposes of the company and the purposes of all employees,
  • increase efficiency of personnel
  • improve business results of the company by means of providing heads with information necessary for acceptance of management decisions.

At a present stage of development of the highly competitive and globalized economy essentially new approaches and tools are necessary for dynamically developing companies. All innovations should be under construction at the coordinated work of company executives, staff of HR department and IT professionals, at the same time the lack of one of these components automatically does approach one-sided and does not allow to consider all requirements.
