The World of the Toy company completes integration of the systems of operational accounting and trade management

The Logen company completed an implementation project of the integrated accounting system in retail chain stores the World of Toys, the company reported on November 29, 2012.

Start

At the time of start of works the system of operational accounting of the customer was not integrated with accounting of group. As a result repeated input of primary documents and influence of "a human factor" did accounting excessively labor-consuming, and distinctions of analytics made impossible reconciliation: accounting and operational accounting.

The Logen company is selected for the solution of a problem of integration of accounting and operational accounting on the recommendation of colleagues.

Project

Within the project works are performed:

• Expertize of methodology of reflection of retail transactions in the accounting program is carried out;
• The actions plan on transfer of accounting on uniform normative – the reference information is developed;
• Data exchange by means of XML between 1C: Trade Management and 1C: Enterprise Accounting 8 is configured and tested.

A transfer of accounting to the uniform normative reference information and integration operational and accounting for group is made.

For November 29, 2012 a system in production operation. Integration operational and accounting covers 10 jobs.
