NPF Capital (Infinity Call Center)

The golden dealer of the Weathervane Sale and Agate of RT Group in Kazakhstan the RK-Telekom Kazakhstan company successfully completed the project on implementation of the complete solution based on the IP office Agat-Infinity system in the largest Kazakhstan pension fund JSC Accumulation Pension Fund Capital.

The scheme offered by the technical director "RK-Telekom Kazakhstan" Alexander Klimushin allowed to propose to the client the uncommon solution which gave the chance to refuse lease of paid number of collective access 8-800 in each of the cities of presence of the customer, to organize the uniform center of acceptance and processing of calls from the population through the whole country and to provide the staff of the company with modern telephone opportunities.

All this allowed to save considerably the budget due to cost reduction on lease of additional telephone services at the telecom operator and lack of need to develop call center in each of divisions of the pension fund. Besides the serious foundation for expansion of a range of the provided services of the Pension fund and further development of its telephone network was laid.

Literally the other day based on the tender "The Choice of Year No. 1 in Kazakhstan" Joint-stock Company "The accumulation pension fund "Capital" is recognized by the winner of the special award "Business Grand-Prix" "High quality of services" of 2012 in Kazakhstan. Existence of own contact center working with use of the latest technologies became one of the key moments of receiving an award.
