MTS Retail network (earlier Russian Telephone Company (RTC) (IBM FileNet)

IBA Minsk and IBA Rus, the company of alliance IBA Group, completed in the fall of 2012 the works on upgrade of a system of the specialized electronic document management (SEDM) based on IBM FileNet P8 4.5 in Russian Telephone Company Ltd (a trademark of MTS). Works were conducted during the period from June to November, 2012.

The electronic document management system of "the Russian of the Telephone Company" is intended (RTK-SED) for check, accounting and storage of primary accounting documentation of sales offices and performs the following basic functions:

• Scanning, recognition, automatic and manual document classification
• Verification of accounting documents.

Project objectives on upgrade of RTK-SED became:

• Audit of the operating system for the purpose of determination of approaches on optimization of its work, increase in fault tolerance and performance
• Accomplishment of a number of the functional completions directed to optimization of the current business processes.
• The winner of competition on execution of works on upgrade of the specialized EDMS existing in RTK Ltd recognized IBA Group.

Specialists of IBA Group:

• Booked primary audit of the operating rule which result there was a list of the recommended actions for stabilization of its work
• Executed a number of functional completions
• Optimized the business processes existing in the company
• Performed import of documents to electronic archive.
