VTB - Vneshtorgbank (Centaur Omega)

In the fall of 2012 a framework of the general program of improvement of structure of business reorganization of Bank — transition to four-level model of architecture Head bank> Branch> Operational office> Office was made.

This reorganization allows to reduce operating costs as the main part of branches is transferred to operational offices.

Within this global reform, in particular, there is a transition of bank to the centralized architecture of work of IBS Centaur of Omega.

The centralized architecture is the additional instrument of decrease in operating expenses, at the expense of the centralized accomplishment of all works on administration of IBS.

On IBS Centaur of Omega is conducted management of all material resources and economic agreements of bank: in cuts of accounting, management accounting, accounting according to IFRS.

To go to the centralized architecture collaboration of specialists of Bank and ProgramBank company in unification of business processes of material accounting and the internal reporting of bank branches was done.

After end of a preparatory stage work on consolidation of information bases of branches is performed. Process of consolidation of bases once again proved efficiency of technologies of IBS Centaur of Omega allowing to support change of architecture of bank in a short time.
