RTSOKOIIT Regional assessment center of quality of education and information technologies

The center works in the following directions:

1. Education quality evaluation. Organizational and technology and information and methodical maintenance of the following procedures in the field of assessment and quality control of education:

• licensing and accreditation of the educational institutions entering jurisdiction of the Committee on Education of St. Petersburg;
• Unified state examination and State Final Examination of graduates of the main school;
• procedures of the state quality control of education using the AIS "Sign".

Organization of participation of educational institutions of St. Petersburg in the international monitoring researches of quality of education (PISA, PIRLS, etc.). Participation in certification of the pedagogical personnel of St. Petersburg: the organization of qualification test according to ICT competence of teachers.

2. Creation of regional information space of an education system. Creation and support of regional databases of an education system (AIS "Paragraph", AIS ROD, etc.). Support of official portals of an education system of St. Petersburg ("St. Petersburg education", etc.).

3. Methodical and implementation work in the field of education informatization.

• Methodical support of informatization of formation of St. Petersburg.
• Carrying out monitoring researches on the directions of informatization of education.
• Implementation of the innovation projects in the field of education informatization, including creation of a regional system of remote education, approbation of new means of informatization.
• Identification, generalization and support of perspective experience of educational institutions and certain teachers of St. Petersburg in the field of informatization through maintenance of activity of experimental platforms, festivals and tenders.
• Holding of conferences, seminars, round tables concerning education informatization.

4. Training of specialists of an education system in the following directions:

• training of specialists for the USE and a SFE;
• training of specialists in the field of assessment and quality control of education;
• training of specialists in the different directions of informatization of education.
