The international consulting company Columbus and Internet holding KupiVIP.ru announced the beginning of cooperation within which, product-based Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 it is necessary to construct a single system of vendor relationship management of trade holding, the press service of the company integrator reported on December 4, 2012.


Objectives

In severe conditions of the competition to Internet holding the full-function and convenient CRM solution in use allowing to optimize key processes of management of supply chains and, as a result, expenses of the company regarding vendor interaction was required. Phases

According to the results of the first phase of implementation specialists of Columbus will bring standard functionality of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2011 and Microsoft SharePoint Server 2010 into commercial operation. At the second stage the project team will finish a system regarding management of activity of the different directions of commercial department of trade holding. The solution will be integrated from the operating ERP on the Microsoft Dynamics NAV platform.

The complete solution Columbus also guarantees more effective interaction of functional divisions of the company, providing transparency of management of the operating actions of sales and eliminating influence of a human factor.
