"Fyorst Gelaksi" owns bar restaurant on 50 seats in The House on Mayakovskaya hotel. The client addressed to company "1C Architect of business" with need of complex automation of an institution. It was required to find the solution with functions of managerial and trade accounting and at the same time to meet extremely small budget.

Having studied a situation, specialists of "1C Architect of business" suggested to carry out automation based on "Traktir: Nano". This new software product is developed by the partner of "1C Architect of business" SoftBalance company and intended especially for automation of small restaurants, cafe, bars. The solution integrates functionality of service of guests with instruments of management accounting.

The customer already had a part of a retail store equipment, but it was required to check it for compatibility with the new software product and if necessary to find replacement. Also it was necessary to pick up a fiscal registrar and a strongbox.

Automation affected a workplace of the cashier (service of visitors) and a back office (managerial accounting). The staff of "1C Architect of business" configured the POS terminal, set a fiscal registrar, connected and configured printers of checks.

In project completion users were trained and also consultation on write-off of orders without payment is held (on a power supply of staff of restaurant).
