GOZ "Obukhovski Plant" automates all types of accounting by one technological solution

The AstroSoft integrator completed implementation of automated information system of accounting and tax accounting for JSC GOZ Obukhovski Plant, the press service of the company reported on December 5, 2012.

Start

At the time of start of the project account at the enterprise was kept in three different systems that considerably complicated operational obtaining information. Reflection of one economic transaction was split up in several accounting systems. Big layer of works was conducted in the manual mode: fixed asset accounting behind balance, calculation of depreciation after carrying out upgrade, a financial result from leaving of OS for the purposes of tax accounting, write-off of production costs of the main production according to standards and filling of tax statements. All this significantly complicated formation of the regulated and management reporting and also a possibility of operating control of correctness of data in real time.

Solution

The unique automated control system is developed for JSC Obukhovski Plant on the platform "by 1C: Bukhgaleriya of the enterprise". A system meets all requirements of the customer: conducting accounting and tax accounting in uniform base, efficiency and transparency accounting and business processes and, as a result, ensuring optimization of activity of the divisions which are responsible for conducting accounting and tax accounting. Conducting accounting and tax accounting is implemented taking into account specifics of activity of the enterprise and according to requirements of the current legislation of Russia.

The team of specialists of AstroSoft company and accounting of JSC Obukhovski Plant worked on the project. Several sections of activity of the enterprise are automated:

• accounting of production and cost accounting;
• accounting and tax accounting;
• data exchange (bilateral exchange with three own systems of operational accounting of the customer).

Analytical accounting tunings are performed: now on each account analytical accounting with use to three types of the sub-account can be kept in parallel.

The structure of reference books is formulated and approved and also non-standard reference books, including the Reference book "Orders" are developed. Are implemented poperedelny cost accounting in proportion to the salary, distribution of general production and general business costs by the individual algorithm differing for separate divisions, ciphers of costs and orders and many other things.

Result

System implementation, created by specialists AstroSoft, allowed to reduce significantly time spent by accountant officers of the plant for processing of primary documents, drawing up managerial and regulated reports. The transparency of the database of accounting, relevance, efficiency and reliability of information provided for reports allow to use actively inventory data for acceptance of management decisions at the most different levels.
