2017: "1C: Concrete goods plant" is removed from sales

23023 of 5/18/2017 users and partners of 1C were notified by the information letter that it is going to exclude deliveries of a product "4601546099570 1C: Concrete goods plant" from the price list of 1C Company and its permanent partners in connection with incomplete compliance to modern requirements (does not develop, does not use new opportunities of 1C: Enterprise platform 8.3 and does not support many new services of 1C Company) in the presence on sale of the relevant solution "1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2" containing necessary functionality for transition from industry solution.

Sales of products, containing the Concrete Goods Plant configuration, after 30. 04.2018 it will be possible only for users who already purchased earlier "4601546099570 1C: Concrete goods plant", but the current option of its use, according to the license policy of 1C Company, requires acquisition of additional main deliveries and client licenses. Such deliveries will be approved in an individual order on demand on ckerp@1c.ru.

Due to the designated plans, we ask users "1C: Concrete goods plant" beforehand to plan transition to 1C: ERP Enterprise Management 2 software product recommended by 1C Company. Upgrade on the product including the ERP Enterprise management 2 configuration is executed through the partners participating in the project "1C: Competence Center according to ERP solutions".

The cost of upgrade is calculated on a formula: the total cost of the purchased software products minus cost of the product which is handed over on upgrade plus 150 rub, but not less than a half of cost of the purchased set of products.

In 1C Company the security keys and registration questionnaires entering delivery of the products (the license agreement, the platform security key) which are handed over under the terms of upgrade are transferred.

Upgrade of product 4601546099587 "1C: Concrete goods plant for 10 users + the client the server on 4601546109118 "1C:Enterprise 8. Enterprise management 2" is exercised of ERP by the general rules, at the same time all component parts of a bundle are given.

At upgrade "1C: Concrete goods plant" on "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2", or any other ERP solutions, except 1C: Corporations, the support term, normal for upgrades of products of 1C, for the products which are handed over in upgrade is provided: until the end of the current year with a possibility of delivery of annual accounts. If the bigger term of support "is necessary to 1C: Concrete goods plant" for implementation "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2", is recommended to perform acquisition "1C:Enterprise 8. ERP Enterprise management 2" without upgrade with "1C: Concrete goods plant".

2012

At the beginning of 2012 certificate "Compatibly! The system of programs 1C: Enterprise" the software product "received 1C: Concrete goods plant", developed by Klyuchevoy Element Ltd company and provided on certification as the addition to the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise, Edition 1.3." developed in the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 environment in the normal mode and in the mode of managed application.

1C Company together with Crucial element company informs users and partners on release of the new industry ERP solution based on a technology platform of 1C: Enterprise 8.2 – "1C:Enterprise 8. Concrete goods plant", intended for complex automation of the enterprises for production of concrete goods (concrete goods).

The Concrete Goods Plant configuration is developed based on the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise" of an edition 1.3 systems of the programs "1C:Enterprise 8" with preserving of all opportunities and mechanisms of the standard solution.

In addition to opportunities of the standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise", the Concrete Goods Plant configuration includes program tools for the solution of the following tasks:

• maintaining the mixed specifications of products in which positions of the specification can be specified as in general for a product, and for the product which is released in specific subworkshop (flight or the stand);
• formation of versions of the production schedule taking into account the set parameters of readjustment of a formoosnastka (the mounted equipment for release of concrete goods), namely:
  • accounting of a status of a formoosnastka in relation to the released type of products;
  • accounting of planned and actual parameters at readjustment of a formoosnastka from a status of release of one type of products to a status of release of other type of products: readjustment term; costs for readjustment;
  • readjustment planning a formoosnastok for specific division (workshop), taking into account the set restrictions;
  • drawing up several versions of the production schedule taking into account the created versions of the plan of readjustment a formoosnastok;
  • formation of documents of production and semi-finished products on the basis of the documents reflecting molding of concrete goods;
  • planning and production according to specifics of house-building plants:
    • maintaining the specification of construction objects by floors, sections and concrete goods;

formations of production schedules on the basis of the specification of construction objects;

• • • reservation of products under a specific construction object, the floor, section;
    • reflection of the product delivery on the building site under a reserve on a specific construction object, the floor, section;
    • plan-fact analysis of a status of a complete set of a construction object.

2011

1C Company informed at the beginning of 2011 on the planned release in 2011 together with the partner Crucial element of a new joint solution for producers of concrete goods "1C: Plant of concrete goods" based on a standard configuration "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management. Edition 1.3". The registered users "1C: Production of construction materials" will be able to perform transition to a configuration "1C: Plant of concrete goods", having got access to a distribution kit, updates of a new product and possibility of the order of documentation.

Product "1C: Concrete goods plant" is intended for complex automation of the enterprises for production of concrete goods (concrete goods).

Main functionality of the program:

• Production management of concrete goods;
• Maintaining expanded specifications of products, taking into account the subworkshops which are letting out them;
• Planning of readjustments of forms and molding for production of concrete goods;
• Planning and accounting of a complete set of concrete goods of construction objects;
• Formation of production schedules on the basis of the specification of construction objects.
• All opportunities of the standard solution "1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management, edition 1.3" are saved.

Configuration "1C: Concrete goods plant" is not independent, its work requires existence of the set standard configuration "Management of Manufacturing Enterprise" on the 1C: Enterprise 8.2 platform.

The most part of the subsystems entering a configuration is open for reading and making changes, an insignificant part of the code is closed and protected by a key of hardware protection.
