DSK No. 3 (1C: Accounting)

In "House-building plant No. 3" specialists of the St. Petersburg division of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (file) complete the project of automation of accounting and personnel records, calculation and salary accrual. Within the project the following software products are implemented: "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" and "1C: Accounting 8". "House-building plant No. 3" (DSK-3) is engaged in construction of 2-10-storey houses, a construction of cottages and individual houses, production and delivery of combined parts.

The implementation project was implemented in two stages. At the first stage for half a year the standard functionality of software products was implemented. At the second stage proceeding three months adaptation of an information system under specifics of activity of the enterprise is executed.

As reported, implementation of a subsystem of payroll and personnel management allowed to reduce labor costs of staff of each department twice. As a result of automation of accounting of a labor cost of accountant officers were reduced four times.

The add-on module in which charge of costs for objects under construction, delivery of ready objects with distribution of cost to apartments, accounting of the VAT, agreements by required analytics is reflected is developed for accounting of activity of the customer builder of construction.
