Efes Ukraine upgrades corporate communications of the Ukrainian division

AMI ensured effective joint work of staff of Efes Ukraine creation of the failsafe infrastructure platform and implementation of a corporate mail system based on products and technologies of Microsoft for the Ukrainian division of the known international company Efes, the firm integrator reported on December 5, 2012.

Tasks

For ensuring work of means of collective interaction and business applications in Efes Ukraine reliable and safe infrastructure of basic IT services is created. The staff of the enterprise in short terms received qualitatively new instruments of collective work for effective business.

Within the project specialists of AMI company planned, carried out project works and implementation of failsafe service of virtualization, service of certification, network services, a corporate mail service based on the product Microsoft Exchange Server and also service of access control to the Internet, remote access and protection of network based on the product Microsoft TMG.

Use of a cluster of virtualization on the basis of Microsoft Hyper-V technology allowed to implement the reliable solution providing fast automatic recovery of operability of IT services, critical for business, in case of failure.

For deployment of the failsafe managed virtual environment by AMI company design, delivery and commissioning of the necessary server hardware based on rack HP servers of DL360 G7 is executed. For reserve and archive copying of information the tape library HP MSL2024 with a total archive amount of 150TB is used.

Andrey Stryabkov, the head of department of technical infrastructure of Efes Ukraine, noted: "Upgraded by joint efforts of specialists of the IT infrastructure company AMI and Efes Ukraine allowed to optimize the system of collective interaction therefore labor productivity of our employees and efficiency of their interaction significantly increased. Also thanks to the implemented project the possibility of further development of IT infrastructure of the enterprise is provided".
