Delta Electronics: Ultron EH

On December 10, 2012 the Delta Electronics company announced new on-line UPS of the Ultron EH series with double conversion of energy for high-quality power supply of server premises, communications systems, computer networks, the medical and factory equipment and also different life support systems. The Ultron EH UPS is expected power output rating of 10, 15 or 20 kVA, equipped with a three-phase four-wire input and a single-phase exit and also issues stable sine wave voltage, protecting responsible applications from idle times, loss or damage of data.

In the conditions of broad demand of IT applications in a business environment, more and more companies are forced to look for the UPSes having higher degree of reliability at the minimum operating costs. For the purpose of ensuring the maximum reliability, output circuits of the Ultron EH UPS from Delta Electronics are completely protected from abnormal deviations on an input. The source is equipped with the controller with the latest high-speed digital signal processor increasing stability of voltage output, and the scheme with two inputs allows to connect different power sources. In economy mode of efficiency of Delta Ultron EH reaches 96% that, along with the broad range of input voltage, promotes the maximum decrease in operating costs. Besides, Delta Ultron EH – one of the most compact UPSes in the category among the devices presented at the market.

New on-line UPS of the Ultron EH series supports reservation by the principle of N+X and parallel connection to four devices without attraction of the additional hardware. At the same time failure of one of devices cannot affect total loads, and the remained UPSes guarantee reliable protection of power supply for responsible applications. Management and remote control of one or several Ultron EH UPSes is performed via the web interface using the software of Delta UPSentry 2012 & ShutdownAgent 2012 supporting up to 10000 log entries of events.
