The management system for queue Artos is a hardware and software system for optimization of service and flux profile of visitors.

Functionality

The HSS Artos is the solution integrating different methods of application for receiving service. A system allows to register prerecording through EPGU, RPGU, own portal of the Customer, call center, or personally through information cats directly on site of service. On the different configured algorithms of SUO itself integrates flows of prerecording and "live" queue, creating a single stream of visitors. Using output devices video and audioinformation SUO informs visitors on a call to the operator providing service.

Technologies

A system is constructed on "thin client" technology with the server module working in OS Windows Linux and as the database is capable to function on Oracle or MS SQL, PostgreSQL or MySQL.
