The traffic police of Moscow manages queue at offices of registration of transport

The IT Departmental Systems company started the project on system deployment of an electronic queue Artos in all large divisions of the traffic police across Moscow rendering services in registration actions, the examination-paper, issue and replacement of car driver licenses the company reported on December 10, 2012.

Objectives

The management of traffic police made the decision on replication of a system after studying of experience of its use in one of divisions – since 2011 a system was operated in MOTOTRERE on Pererva St. Several months of use of a system allowed to increase transparency of management of workflows and to optimize internal resources of division.

In the fall of 2012 the tender for the choice of the contractor, connected with implementation of the tested hardware-software solution in all large capital managements of traffic police is announced. The IT Departmental Systems company became the winner of competition.

Terms

According to the public contract the contractor of the project should deliver and install to spring of 2013 in 14 divisions of traffic police across Moscow hardware and software systems of an e-queue system, including special software, information terminals, means of information display (information displays, "creeping lines", monitors) and also video surveillance systems allowing to stop the facts of damage of the equipment.

Background

Within development of a Common information space of the Government of Moscow, for quality improvement of service of citizens when receiving public services of registration of cars, the capital state traffic inspectorate started the project of equipment of MOGTORER modern management systems for an electronic queue.

As a result of the auction held in the fall of 2012, works on implementation of the hardware-software solution for management of an electronic queue in all large capital managements of traffic police are entrusted IT Departmental Systems company. For June 17, 2013 the e-queue system equips 14 large Moscow divisions.

Next result

In managements of the traffic police equipped with the technological solution, acceptance of car owners is carried out only using an electronic queue which allows to distribute evenly loading during full time, to inform visitors on an acceptance priority.

Implementation of a hardware-software complex Artos allowed to lower the general time of receiving service till 1.5 - 2 o'clock at registration actions for visitors without making an appointment and about 1 hour for those who seized the opportunity previously to register and fill in the application form in electronic form via the portal of state services of the city of Moscow.
