In the Sakha (Yakutia) Republic there began work the Regional Center of Telephone Service (RCTS) for informing and consultation of physical persons and legal entities concerning providing the public and municipal services implemented on the information and technological platform for Multifunction service centers of citizens Chapel the developer company reported on December 11, 2012.

Project

RTsTO represents the project on significant expansion of services of the Multifunction center where citizens, having called by the multichannel phone number, will be able to obtain information on an order of providing the public and municipal services, on the addresses, phones, diagrams of acceptance in the different organizations, about the status and results of the requests. Consultants will be able to readdress phone calls on the ministries and departments, to register and report to state bodies complaints and offers. There is a call back option when the applicant is called back by the staff of RTsTO. In the nearest future additional service will be available to citizens – by phone to get in an electronic queue of MFC for acceptance in authorities.

Full-scale implementation of RTsTO will take place in four stages and will allow to cover all territory of Yakutia. At the first stage agreements on interaction with 22 public authorities will be signed. At the subsequent stages this digit will increase: 32, 52 and 60 respectively. Step by step the number of the provided services — from 139 will increase up to 500 and the list of consultations on services — from 76 to 255. For December 11, 2012, according to the statement of the company, consultants already began the work.

Background

Implementation of an information system of RTsTO "Chapel" is indivisible element of infrastructure of the electronic government which allows to solve the stated problems of administrative reform. As the director of regional development of BFT Company Maxim KUSTAROV noted, a system allows to integrate data from a set of other information systems, in particular, now it allows to work with the database of the gosuslugi.ru portal, the electronic system of MFC, the system of electronic record of MFC. The list of the integrated systems constantly will extend, for example, soon is going to add the database on the system of universal electronic cards.
