Rusvinil completed an implementation project of the solution of management of obligations

MT Group integrator carried out system implementation of DIRECTUM to Rusvinil companies, the company integrator reported on January 23, 2013.

Start

At the beginning process automation of an execution of organizational and administrative documentation, contract management is carried out. Operational upgrade was required by problems of control, generalization and the analysis of results of a set of obligations under the loan agreement.

The task was that responsibility for control of obligation fulfillment is conferred on the staff of different divisions of the company and, therefore, the most part of employees of the enterprise is involved in this process.

As the solution of a problem of control of obligations such options as attraction of additional human resources, implementation of a new specialized system or development of the available systems were considered.

Project

Considering use fact at the DIRECTUM enterprise, already well familiar and clear to users, it was decided to develop the module "Management of Obligations" on the basis of a system. This module allows to solve successfully a problem of integration with other enterprise information systems and to minimize necessary changes in a system. Its application removes need for attraction of additional number of specialists and retraining of employees in case of product introduction of other system. The module allows to provide automation of the warning system of profile services and control over accomplishment of obligations, an exception of risk of a default, system providing reporting information, archiving of all documentation and requests and also reporting on obligation fulfillment.

Automation of process of management of obligations went in parallel with implementation of two other modules DIRECTUM — "Interaction Management with Clients" and Management of Powers of Attorney. Duration of implementation of all three modules was three months.

Works were broken into four stages:

  • analysis and design;
  • setup and adaptation;
  • user training;
  • trial operation.

The project passed successfully, effectively and without complications. It seems to me, commands on both sides felt only positive emotions from cooperation. As the proof of it serves the fact that right after this stage of the project between the companies the agreement on maintenance was signed and works on optimization of new processes are started'.

As a result of system implementation of DIRECTUM the main goal is achieved — basic processes of management of corporate information and documentation of the enterprise are automated.
