Specialists of the Samara branch of the company "1C: The first BIT" was automated by conducting personnel records and payroll in Algoritm Plus LLC company by means of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program, the company integrator reported on December 12, 2012.
Background
Prior to implementation for conducting HR records in the company used the 1C: Accounting 8 program which did not allow to make calculation of complex circuits of motivations. Therefore the main work on payroll calculation was carried out manually. It resulted in inaccuracies and emergence of malformed data on the salary. To exclude these errors the decision to use the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program in work is made.
Solution
The implemented software product allowed to automate the following sections:
- Payroll. In the program the main payment methods of work are implemented: time (using monthly, day and hourly wage rates) and price-work work payment methods and also their options — time and bonus and price-work and bonus payment methods of work;
- Personnel office-work: storage of personal data of employees, information on divisions and positions, official telephones, e-mail addresses, other contact information.
As a result of implementation of the "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8" program employee performance of personnel department increased twice. Are automated routine transactions, the possibility of fast and convenient preparation of information for decision making at the different levels appeared.
