IP Savelyev (1C: Trade Management 8)

"1C: The first BIT" carried out implementation in IP Savelyev using software products "1C: Accounting 8", "1C: Trade Management 8", the company integrator reported on December 12, 2012.

The personnel of shop overcame difficulties of arrival, inventory of goods and values - account in shop was kept manually. Outdated methods of business management not in the best way affected a business status. IP Savelyev upgraded key business processes of the trade mission.

Company "1C: The first BIT" proposed the following solutions:

• "1C: Accounting 8 PROF" simplified preparation of the regulated reporting. Reports in regulatory authorities form qualitatively and in time. It allows to avoid penalties and excess checks.
• Implementation "1C: Trade Management 8 PROF" in a complex automated problems of managerial and operational accounting, the analysis and planning of trade operations. Accounting of cash flow on cash desk is adjusted, lot-based and order accounting of goods is organized. In a system ample opportunities on effective use of resources of shop are implemented: planning and control of sales and purchases; flexible scheme of pricing and assortment management; monitoring of warehouse stocks. All documents are autocompleted that minimizes emergence of the errors and errors connected with a negative impact of a human factor.
• For fall forward of service of buyers and improvement of level of service the customer purchased a line of a retail store equipment. For registration of sales POS sets of ATOL are used. EasyPOS lite ENVDS FPrint 22 (3 pieces) and POS set ATOL.EasyPOS of lite about FPrint-22K expected a big flow of buyers. Outlets of sellers equipped with electronic desktop portion scales of CAS AD-10 (2 pieces). Labels with barcodes for marking of products are printed on a thermal printer of printing of the ZEBRA LP 2824 Plus labels. The data collection terminal, the laser Cipher 8001L scanner (2 MB) (with the interface support for the shipping documentation) allows to carry out inventory quickly.

Considerably labor productivity increased, the quality and service rate of buyers improved.
