Among clients of Oberon there is a number of the Russian financial institutions, including Bank of Moscow and Svyaznoy Bank, the international company Teleperformance, Kazakhtelecom.
Project Development
On July 3, 2015 it became known of an implementation project of new functionality in IVR of call-centrabanka Moscow. The project was executed by Oberon company.
The bank made the decision on expansion of contact center and functionality of IVR.
Project task - creation of the multifunction system of self-service helping clients to obtain expanded information on cards, the credits and accounts without waiting to lines and participation of the specialist.
Project Progress
Implemented the project Oberon system integrator and professionals of Department of information technologies of Bank of Moscow.
Project Results
Clients of Bank had an opportunity of independent refining of balance according to the card, information on minimum payment, an amount due in a grace period, an outstanding amount and information on an overdraft.
Failure from printing of PIN-envelopes and transition to remote installation of the PIN code according to new cards, and on the operating cards - a possibility of change of the PIN code on any at the request of the client became the priority direction. Specialists of Oberon executed integration of the updated system with internal applications of Bank – CRM, an automated system of bank service and processing.
For the project of Bank of Moscow specialists of Oberon implemented the additional system excluding unauthorized change of the PIN code than considerably increased safety of process.
The project is complete. A system passed test and works according to regulations.
