Vodokhod - St. Petersburg (BIT: Cash management)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed automation of process of budgeting in large cruise company "Vodokhod — St. Petersburg" using the software product "BIT: Cash management".

For simplification of difficult process of internal approval of requests for a funds expenditure product of the line of BIT was implemented and integrated into the companies since 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management. Finance – "BIT: Cash management", (BIT) and the having status developed in 1C: Accounting and Trade company "Compatibly! System of the programs "1C: Enterprise". It allowed to automate completely document flow of requests for a funds expenditure with a binding to the existing budget. Now requests it is automatically broadcast on stages of internal approval and can be carried on the specific checking account at once, at the same time a system issues notifications to responsible persons about receipt of requests. It allowed to accelerate approval of payments by 3 times. Earlier similar procedures in the company were not automated.

In general, automation of budgeting allowed the company:

• receive an objective picture of requirement of the company for financial resources and material resources,
• several times to increase efficiency of financial service of the enterprise due to competent actions planning of the company taking into account the periods of shortcoming/surplus of money,
• optimize costs at the expense of great opportunities for maneuvering by resources of the company;
• improve management of debt obligations and investments.
