Purposes and results

Commissioning of resources provides effective interaction of all elements of the single state information system of health care (SSISHC) of the region, the company contractor, such as uniform registry, uniform electronic medical record, medical information systems in clinics and hospitals, laboratory information systems, the systems of personnel records, payroll calculation and accounting reported.

On the basis of the electronic passport of health facilities it is possible to create the relevant passport of health care of the region intended for information analysis and support of acceptance of management decisions by the top officials. From the point of view of the Ministry of Health of the Russian Federation implementation of electronic registers at the regional level is convenient to what allows to obtain quickly up-to-date data about a health care status in the Novosibirsk region, including about the current situation in a talent pool of hospitals and clinics. Also among positive results of the project there is a fact that the staff of treatment and prevention facilities of the Novosibirsk region does not need to enter the same information into different software products several times any more.

The result became possible thanks to cooperation of the BARS GROUP company and Prognoz company which developed a federal Uniform State Health Information System segment and provided its integration with regional information systems.
