JSC Dux selects EDMS for automation of process of a management activity

The Russian aircraft-building plant selected the THESIS system for automation of process of a management activity, the press service of developer reported on December 13, 2012. Implementation was performed by Haulmont company.

Background

The specifics of the enterprise require not only uses of the hi-tech equipment, but also modern approaches to the organization of internal information space. With respect thereto the management of the enterprise designated the need for high-quality automation of management processes of the organization using EDMS.

The high level of convenience of using of a system with sales opportunity of specific completions and individual customer requirements became a key selection term of the solution. As the solution capable to consider all requests of the enterprise to the interface and functionality of a system, the management of JSC Dux selected EDMS THESIS.

"As the project highly specialized is also focused only on company management, we looked for such system which could reflect as much as possible our wishes to the solution and consider specific tasks of the company. After long selection process of the only EDMS which suited us there was a THESIS system. Specialists of developer company of a system quickly executed all necessary completions, and as a result we with the minimum time and finance costs received that we wanted from EDMS. Further we are going to continue cooperation with HAULMONT company and to systematically expand functionality, buying in addition necessary modules", - Andrey Zhuly, the chief of service IT JSC Dux emphasized.

A system is brought into experienced and production operation on November 19, 2012.
