The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) automated purchase management and sale, payroll, maintaining personnel, accounting and tax accounting at Derevoizdely Plant. Based on the 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8 system 60 jobs are automated. Processing speed of orders of buyers and speed of formation of the production program increased by 80%, labor costs of employees are reduced by accomplishment of routine transactions, the efficiency of sales offices and orders is significantly increased.

The project was executed in 10 months. Work of the following departments of Derevoizdely Plant is as a result automated:

  • Sales office
  • Order department
  • Purchasing department
  • Department of service and fixed asset maintenance
  • Personnel department: conducting personnel records and payroll
  • Accounting: conducting accounting and tax accounting;
  • Planned and dispatching department.

Data from before used were transferred to a new information system, training of staff of all departments is provided that promoted quick start of work in 1C: Manufacturing Enterprise Management 8. At the request of the customer, specialists of 1C: Accounting and Trade (BIT) finished control block sales and completely processed the pricing block: the feature for formation of cost of products (doors and a pogonazh) depending on the materials used for their production is added that is especially important for the sales office taking orders for non-standard products.

Besides, the possibility of input of expanded information about partners is provided that allows to fulfill warranty obligations, for example, when not the door entirely is subject to return but only the lock.

As a result of implementation:

  • processing speed of orders of buyers, thanks to fast calculation of the prices and failure from many transactions which were earlier executed manually increased by 80%;
  • speed of obtaining information on the current implementation phase of the order increased (a design; release; shipment) thanks to what the finished goods do not lie too long in a warehouse, and goes at once to clients, at the same time the plant significantly reduced costs for collection of information about an order fortune which was come into by phone earlier;
  • by 3 times payroll calculation speed increased;
  • thanks to introduction of the mechanism of job order production the quantity of illiquid warehouse stocks of finished goods decreased by 20%, risks of production which is not connected with the available orders are reduced and it will not be demanded by consumers.

Now the production plan of the plant accurately corresponds to the number of orders from clients who accumulate and specialists of the sales department report to production. Successful automation allowed to optimize key business processes that promoted growth in sales of finished goods.
