The Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation for the Republic of Khakassia is preparing to start operating the automated information complex (AIK) "Supervision," the developer said on December 13, 2012. The project is being implemented by Corporate Systems - Consulting.

At the first stage of the implementation of the complex, a document management survey was carried out, the main participants, document movement routes, and the structure of employee interaction were determined. The first users of the system will be employees of the workflow service - the department for reception of citizens and documentation support, as well as an assistant to the head of the department.

The main groups of documents with peculiarities of number formation, movement and execution are defined. In general, the AIC setting is carried out within the framework of the norms established by the new instruction on workflow of the Investigative Committee of the Russian Federation, approved by Order No. 40 of 18.07.2012.
