The center of metrological support of JSC Transneft completes development of expanded analytics of the cost accounting

The Absolyut-Soft Corporate Projects company develops a subsystem of "Expanded analytical accounting of costs" in the Center of metrological support of Transneft group, the company reported on December 14, 2012. System development will be carried out based on the 1C: Enterprise Accounting 2.0 software package.

Tasks

The purpose of creation of a system is ensuring management of the company with reliable information about profitability of the company by types of activity and other analytics for the purpose of quality improvement and justification of management decisions.

End of the Project

On January 28, 2013 the company contractor announced project completion which purpose was implementation of a technique of reporting based on the 1C: Accounting enterprise of edition 2.0 software product, and also implementation of a system for providing a complex of actions for reduction of terms of preparation of individual statements of the organization for RAS in the terms necessary for meeting requirements of management and other users, also for the purpose of timely reflection in accounting of the facts of business activities of the organization.

Details

The list of the works within the project which are carried out by specialists of the contractor:

• In a system the control mechanism allowing to change value of the status of the document "Goods and service receipt" only in a certain order if before the calendar date corresponding to the number specified in the Date of Comparison of Documents setup the issued original document replacing the document with the status "Copies", "Incomplete" or "Special" does right thing is implemented.

• The following mechanisms in "1C: Accounting the enterprise of edition 2.0" thanks to which are developed:
• At document posting, having the status "Complete", with the completed detail "The Compared Document" a system makes a reversal of all records made by the document, the link to which is stored in the detail "The Compared Document". At the same time in a system the document "Reversal" is created, and in the document with the status "Complete" to be saved the link to the created document "Reversal" at which opening all reversing records are shown to the user;
• At document posting, the works/services which are making out acquisition having the status "Copies", "Special" or "Incomplete", a system executes movements on registers VAT: records on further accounting of the VAT – acceptance to a deduction (account 68) if works, services are used for activity, subject to VAT, or write-off into 91 account otherwise. At the same time in purchase ledgers and log-books of the received invoices only invoices with the status "Performed" and "Complete" should be reflected;
• Regardless of the status of the document, documents on implementation of works/services d execute movements on registers VAT regularly except reflection of documents with the status "Special" in a register of the issued invoices and books of sales/purchases;
• According to documents of charge offset of advance payments is made. Formation of records of the purchase ledger on a VAT deduction from the reckoned advance payments to be made according to all documents of charge except documents with the status "Special". In the technical period (the 1st of month under report) all postings according to documents of charge, including offset of advance payments and deduction / charge of the VAT, are reversed according to all documents according to which there are no documents of comparison.

Reports are created:

• The report "List of the documents of charge entered for the period";
• The report "The register of deviations of preliminary data from actual data according to the documents entered for the period";
• The report "The register of deviations of indicators according to the documents which arrived after March 05th for the previous reporting periods";
• The report "Not compared documents".
