Evroglass Ukraina implements the system of the management reporting on the 1C Platform

Specialists of the company|Specialists of 1C Company]]: The first BIT (earlier 1C: Accounting and Trade)|"1C: The first BIT"]] (1C: Accounting and Trade) successfully completed the project on automation of formation of the management reporting in the Ukrainian company "Evroglass".

Objectives

After enterprise integration of the customer there was a need of formation and submission of the reporting under IFRS for the head company. The tender for the choice of the software product and the partner for implementation was held. The company "1C became the winner: Pervyybit" with the solution "BIT: Finance. Management accounting".

Reality

The project proceeded 7 months. The large-scale campaign for formation of requirements to broadcasting from the Ukrainian chart of accounts on international and also to report forms which should go afterwards to management company regularly is waged. During project implementation 1C specialists: The first BIT performed the following works:

• work on integration of BIT is carried out: Finance and management of manufacturing plants;
• broadcasting from the Ukrainian chart of accounts on international is configured;
• report generation mechanisms are developed for the head company;
• user training is provided.

Result

As a result of implementing solution the customer received automatic broadcast of data in the chart of accounts of accounting on the international chart of accounts in the online mode. On formation of managerial reports for management company at the Customer's specialists about two days leave now.
