The central design bureau of automatic equipment implements an electronic document management system

The management of Central design bureau of automatic equipment made the decision on purchase of 100 licenses of an electronic document management system of E1 Euphrates, the Cognitive Technologies company - the supplier of licenses, reported on December 18, 2012.

Goal

Because the CDB of automatic equipment specializes in equipment manufacturing for needs of defense industry, for bureau there is significantly important a factor of safety and security of internal documents. Having decided to introduce an electronic document management system, the management of CDB stopped the choice on E1 system Euphrates. Presence at a system convenient and the intuitive interface and also the wide feature set implemented in the new version such as, Drag&Recog which is intended for transfer and fast recognition of details became an important factor.

Solution

E1 implementation project Euphrates started in December, 2012. Within the project in CDB 100 licenses will be set, access rights to documents depending on degree of their importance and confidentiality are differentiated.
