In the winter of 2012 the iCore company announced the beginning of sales of own development — the controller of the multiscreen image iCube. The controller is intended for distribution of the general information field between the displays which are a part of display systems of the multimedia information and allows to process up to 64 input and exit channels.
External analog and digital video sources (video cameras, video servers, workstations, etc.) and also sources of a streaming video (remote webcams) can be connected to the iCube controller. At the exit it generates a graphic field which permission corresponds to permission of the used display system.
According to iCore, the video controller has high rates of system availability that allows to use it in the round-the-clock mode 24x7. For achievement of high reliability many components of a system are reserved, including power sources of hot swap.
The program and hardware method performs monitoring of such system parameters as: temperature in the body, temperature of central processors, tension on power sources. In case of deviations the user receives a signal of necessary intervention. All events of a system register in the system magazine of the software package and the standard magazine Windows.
Control of the controller is exercised of a specialized software. At the same time integration of a hardware platform and software allows to reach the maximum functionality and to provide the high performance of a system, emphasized in iCore.
