The Remik company specializes in the offer of complete solutions on operation of the office equipment, including service maintenance. At the same time, the IT company is an official dealer of a number of producers of office equipment, has big base of different partners and the wide commodity nomenclature. The Customer Relationship Management System will be used for solving of tasks of automation of service department, sales department. Main goals of implementation - creation of a common information space and control of performing discipline. Therefore the CRM solution should provide:

  • the organization of the uniform customer base of the different types of interactions given with fixing of history
  • automation of the main business processes, for example "Repair on departure", "Repair in STs";
  • workflow automation (agreements to partners, waybills to employees, etc.)

For the choice of the CRM solution a competition among several suppliers was held. A number of general requirements to technologies of the CRM system was shown

  • the database should there is on own Remik server, and at the same time perhaps direct connection "client-server" via the Internet
  • quick access to necessary information (the specialized on functions, user-friendly interfaces for different departments and employees)
  • integration opportunities (with 1C, with MS Office, etc.)
  • the expanded analytics easy for perception (summary reports, business graphics)

Fattakhov tells the Almaz, the head of project department of "Innovations and Business Technologies" company:

"We offered such CRM solution which will correspond to the rules of business admitted to the companies for Remik. Tools of the CRM system will allow employees to reduce significantly time spent for routine transactions and will increase quality of control of execution of the regulations admitted to the companies. Automation will take place step by step, with support of all business processes existing in the company. In this project we as vendor, first of all requirements and the customer's orders studied to arrange under them the CRM system configuration."
