Makspro maintenance center (Moscow, www.max-pro.org) implemented the Sale CRM Klient-Communicator system.
Makspro is engaged in sale and service of automation systems (computers and peripheral devices) for cafe, restaurants, clubs, shops, offices. Having rich experience of use of modern software products, and having studied possibilities of Klient-Communicator, the company made the decision to configure independently "under itself" and to implement the Customer Relationship Management System.

The purpose of implementation of Klient-Communicator - synchronization of work of key departments: department of service, accounting, warehouse and administrative department. We want to achieve systematization of information on our projects - each stage can be traced and analyzed then to make the decision. From a set of useful functions and transactions of a complex configuration of Klient-Communicator, I would like to note:
- possibility of planning, management and analysis of sales,
- control of a goods turnover, conducting inventory accounting, fast formation of documents,
- flexible configurability of the interface and functionality, security, creation of reports at the professional grade.
We want to create the uniform complex center of decision making where all information, of course, with clear split of access rights to data will be processed, analyzed.
The basis of an implementation project was formed by the CRM solution "Click: Sales of PROF" are a system, ready to use right after installation, for automation of sales, in it the thought-over and clear tools focused on the solution of the main essential objectives of sales departments are implemented. In addition, the solution has commodity and financial accounting. The PROF prefix shows that the full range of modules for visual (without programming) design, setup "under itself" and implementations is included in the package.

The ready-made solution after implementation will represent the uniform database server and the Klient-Communicator program working as on network so equally and via the Internet. In addition, the staff of the company on departure, will be able to use WEB INTERFACES for work. All reports, interfaces and cards of data in the program are configured that will allow to create the optimized jobs for each work type.
During an implementation project the administrator of the Customer Relationship Management System will be trained in the Center of implementations Bmicro. Technical support and a free software update is provided to the project.
