The company of Aham which is engaged in sales and service of special equipment in Tatarstan automates the work with the help of the CRM solution "Klient-Communicator". The project on setup and implementation of CRM is implemented by "Innovations and Business Technologies" company.
In 10 years of development of Aham got wide experience in business organization, and the further growth of the company in the market is decided to be supported, including, using modern technologies of marketing efforts and analytics.
First of all, the task of creation uniform for all company and to functionally developed, convenient users and analysts, the customer base is set for implementation of CRM.
