The Acrylic Style company (www.acrilstyle.ru, St. Petersburg) completed an implementation project of the automated control system on the Klient-Communicator platform. In addition to functionality the CRM solution includes also controls production.

"The acrylic style" is manufacturing company of a wide range of products from organic glass (acrylic glass), polystyrene, PVC, PET on individual models of customers. The supplier of the CRM solution selected Softpages.Ru company. Before vendor there were set following objects and the tasks:

  1. CRM block: the customer base, with expanded analytics, supplied with all necessary tools for work of sales department and planning of interactions with partners.
  2. Production: automate its management, planning by several production lines (on each of which it is necessary to consider specifics):
  • Section of laser-beam cutting
  • Engraving section
  • Section of large-format printing
  • UV printing section
  • Rolling section
  • Section of printing and lamination
  • Assembly section
  • Packaging section
  1. Warehouse:
  • Plan purchase of component parts
  • Reflect revenues to a finished goods warehouse and write-off to her client
  1. Configure integration with 1C 7.7.


The direct curator of the project, the CEO of SoftPages.Ru company Eselevich Andrey tells:

"Proceeding from it, the solution "Klient-Communicator was selected: Business management". At the moment thanks to ample opportunities of the platform we configured work of each of sections.

For example, considering lasing action section, during the work a system considers the planned time on the basis of the entered data the manager and being guided by desirable date of delivery of the project to the client – notifies the production director on need of start of this or that order.

The system of "The color notification" is actively used, for example, considering the described task above – for the production director that record which needs to be put in production urgently is selected in red color.

Also, the system of "the active notification" of employees is actively used. For example, if we planned production from component parts which are not in enough in a warehouse – that in this case, the task about need to order them will be set to the specialist who is responsible for purchase.

Integration with 1C 7.7 is configured so that to reduce the number of duplicative actions of employees. For example, after creation of the account to the client in 1C, the accountant, pressing only 1 button, can throw this account in CRM.

When on this account payment comes to 1C, she will be transferred in CRM, and the manager can see in real time on what accounts his clients have a debt.

We made receipt of finished goods on a warehouse possible as on the basis of production (of CRM in 1C), and on the basis of entering of receipt of component parts in 1C. Well

Write-off of products from a warehouse is possible in two directions: 1. In production from a warehouse of component parts and 2. Finished goods to the client from a finished goods warehouse.

Integration into the client's equipment, for deeper and high-quality automation should become the next stage of development that is unconditional, will allow to plan load of production resources even more precisely."
