The city administration Polyarnye Zori begins work with technologies of electronic document management

The implementation project of an electronic document management system on the Docsvision platform in City administration Polyarnye Zori is complete. Implementation was carried out by the Center of Consulting Projects company, the press service of the company reported on December 19, 2012.

The large volume of documents and desire to accelerate management processes resulted the customer in need of implementation of the hi-tech platform which would allow to automate the system of office-work and document flow and to increase efficiency of activity of local government authority. Besides, implementing an electronic document management system, the Administration will have a possibility of development and rendering the public and municipal services electronically according to the Federal law of July 27, 2010 N 210-FZ "About the organization of providing the public and municipal services".

When choosing of a system special attention was paid to a possibility of fast system deployment, customizability without programming that would provide a possibility of completion of a system with forces of regular IT specialists of administration.

Job

The Center of Consulting Projects company within 20 days deployed the solution "Simple Office" — the "easy" solution developed by Center of Consulting Projects based on standard applications of the Docsvision "Office-work" and "Process management" system, including all necessary functions for maintaining basic office and process management.

In a project deliverable the customer received the easy and functional solution standardizing activity of employees, allowing to increase the speed of acceptance of management decisions and level of performing discipline. Besides, further, at emergence of requirement of expansion of functionality of a system, IT specialists of Administration will be able to finish and configure the platform independently.
