The Stepnogorsky Mining and Chemical Combine starts an EDMS implementation project

The company "Atlas Soft" started an implementation project EDMS "Etla" in "Stepnogorsky Mining and Chemical Combine" (SGHK), reported integrator on December 19, 2012.

Goal

Having conducted a research of the market of electronic document management systems, the guide of the customer selected the solution of Atlas Soft company. Presence at the supplier of highly qualified specialists in the territory of Kazakhstan became an important factor of influence.

Objectives

Specialists of SGHK are going to use as much as possible systems capabilities of "Etla", including:

• creation of electronic archive of documents;
• registration of the entering and outgoing documentation of plant;
• approval of different documents;
• mailing of documents for acquaintance and task performance control;
• scanning of documents with automatic recognition of document attributes;
• automation of work with partners of plant and many other things.

There are plans until the end of the year to enter into work about 200 employees from 10 departments. At the beginning of the next year the quantity of jobs, by calculations of the customer, will increase up to 500.
