Based on the platform technical support of the information systems developed by the company is organized (within incident management), knowledge management processes, services, tasks and assets are implemented. Besides, it is going to use possibilities of OMNITRACKER for workflow automation of the company, customer relationship management and project management.

Thanks to control automation by incidents using OMNITRACKER IT Service Management Center, clients of ITs REGIONALNYE SISTEMY LLC ask all questions on technical support in uniform dispatching service and are saved from need to independently look for the contractor on the arisen problem. At the same time all information on the address gathers in a single system of accounting that simplifies a task for the contractor. Under the terms of the partnership agreement, ITs REGIONALNYE SISTEMY LLC has the right to include the software of OMNITRACKER in the solutions, to provide consulting services and services in commissioning of a software platform and also to provide training in use of OMNITRACKER.
