The St. Petersburg division of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the project on automation of oil holding "AVRO" with the help of 1C: Trade Management 8. The unified information system created in "AVRO" allowed to keep qualitatively operational and managerial account, several times to lower labor costs of accounting and accounting finance division of holding, to increase transparency of internal information.

The project was implemented in fifteen months. Specialists of BIT company automated 20 jobs and brought the following subsystems into commercial operation:

  • Purchase management.
  • Sales management.
  • Pricing.
  • Inventory management.
  • Cash management.
  • Management of settlement.

Besides, the add-on unit was developed:

  • Accounting of processing of oil products.
  • Accounting of work of gas station;
  • Accounting of non-cash payments using plastic cards of clients.

At the same time management subsystems were implemented by purchases, sales, stocks and money in standard functionality, and subsystems of pricing and management of settlement were adapted for specifics of activity of the company.

Implementation of control blocks purchases and sales allowed "AVRO" to avoid repeated information input and by that twice to increase accounting work performance. All data on implementation are automatically unloaded in the accounting program now. Besides, mechanisms of accounting and the analysis of the movement of oil products between legal entities in holding are created. It is enough to accounting to enter primary information, further it is automatically broadcast in base of legal entities "AVRO" on the scheme developed in the company.

Within a subsystem of pricing the mechanism of the automatic analysis of previous periods and formation of original prices of oil products the next month is created. It repeatedly lowered labor costs of finance division of holding. Implementation of a management subsystem stocks allowed holding to improve control of warehouse activity. The management of holding has an opportunity in a foreground mode to obtain necessary information on the state of affairs in warehouses. Automation of the block of money allowed to reflect all cash transactions in the unified information system.

Within a management subsystem account is kept by settlement not only by partners, but also on core activities of "AVRO" (processing, wholesales, retail sales, sales according to cards of clients, the accompanying productions). Earlier such accounting was carried out manually and required a lot of time. The add-on unit of accounting of processing of oil products allowed to keep account and the analysis of products, to automate settlement process of their cost value, to monitor the movement of each barrel of raw materials in the company. After implementation of the project information processing rate on settlement and accounting of oil products increased more than five times.

In general, thanks to implementation of a modern information system, the oil holding "AVRO" received the convenient tool for full conducting management accounting, the analysis and planning of activity of holding. Repeatedly labor costs of accounting and finance division decreased, the transparency of internal information increased. The management of "AVRO" has an opportunity to quickly obtain all necessary information and reports, and the friendly interface of the software product provided simplicity and convenience of work of staff of holding.
