Company Expert (1C:CRM PROF)

The Ekaterinburg branch of "1C: Accounting and Trade (BITS)" company completed the main stage of system implementation of management of 1C:CRM PROF in As Company company. 20 jobs are automated.

The automated system allowed to adjust a control system and accounting on accomplishment of legal services. As a result of implementation work process was considerably simplified, paper document flow is reduced that allowed to achieve more than triple decrease in labor costs on registration of interaction of the employee with the client. The management of the enterprise had an opportunity to prepare the analytical reporting and to analyze business performance in a foreground mode (earlier such analysis was carried out on only on monthly results on the basis of incomplete data).

Automation covered 20 jobs on the following functional sections: office managers, department of licensing, department of registration and also top management of the enterprise. The staff of law company completed an individual training course on work with an automated system in Training Center of "1C: Accounting and Trade (BITS)" company.

The implemented information system covers the following business processes:

• acceptance of the request for service;
• appointment responsible for the client;
• tracking of a status of works on the client;
• accounting of settlement with the client on cash desk and bank;
• obtaining the analytical reporting under service by clients, services and employees, in general on efficiency of the enterprise.

Thanks to implementation of 1C:CRM PROF the uniform base of clients of the company (already more than 2000 clients are entered now, the base constantly is replenished) with detailed characteristic of each of them, a contact history and statuses of the relations, with an opportunity to check correctness and completeness of filling of information was created.
