Road builder-92 (1C: Consolidation)

The St. Petersburg branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) completed the works on implementation in Dorozhnik - 92 LLC of an automated system based on the 1C: Consolidation 8 software product. A system allows quickly and with the minimum labor costs to consolidate the reporting of the different enterprises of holding.

Project implementation lasted three months and included the following stages:

• development of a technique (scheme of consolidation, procedure of payments, document flow order, etc.);
• preparation and implementation of the list of works;
• preparation for trial operation;
• trial operation on real data.

In order that specialists of head office of The Road Builder — 92 company could consolidate quickly the reporting, the consolidation technique was developed. It included rules of accounting and export of data from the existing bases and also rules of import and consolidation of data in the implemented system.

At a system design such parameters as labor input of its use and efficiency of drawing up the consolidated statements were considered. Methodologists of the St. Petersburg branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) developed special mechanisms for automation of manual work of employees and daily updating of aggregated data.

10 jobs were united in an information system based on 1C: Consolidation 8. It allowed to automate selectively process of preparation of the summary reporting under holding. Consolidation of the most demanded financial data from the different systems of the company was carried successfully out, the regular automated procedure of exchanges allowing to carry out consolidation is configured. A system is used by management and financial service of the company. The company management "the Road builder – 92" had an opportunity to make management decisions and to develop business, having operational financial data in general on group.

Business consultants of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) also provided user training on standard systems capabilities and on a configuration with the made changes. Consulting user support is now performed.
