The St. Petersburg branch of 1C: Accounting and Trade company (file) completed the project on complex automation of activity of the company of the BIT 95 trading company which is engaged in the wholesale supplies of home appliances in the Northwestern Federal District of Russia.

The range with which the company works contains about five thousand names of goods of the Russian and foreign production. Are 100 employees on the staff of the company.

The information systems existing earlier in the company were capable to perform only accounting functions, and it was insufficiently for support of further development of the company. Project tasks included development of the tool for efficiency analysis of activity of the company and for building of a uniform chain of management of trade operations which would integrate planning processes and sales accounting and purchases, control of warehouse stocks, order management and relationship with partners. Besides, the company expected to increase quality of accounting and personnel management.

The project consisted in implementation of three configurations at once: "1C: Trade Management 8", "1C: Accounting 8" and "1C: Payroll and HR Management 8". During the project the individual scheme of pricing taking into account expenses on delivery of goods, a customs and other expenses was developed; the mechanism of accounting of the goods accepted on repair (a repair warehouse) is implemented; the scheme of interaction of sales departments, a warehouse and department of delivery is configured.

As a result the company had an opportunity for management of a trading activity (purchases, stocks, sales, pricing) and also accounting and planning of the HR policy. In general, in six months 60 jobs, including for company management, accounting and finance division, purchasing department, sales department, a warehouse, department of delivery and repair shop were automated.

According to the customer, the increased efficiency of obtaining reliable information for management of the organization became a result of the project; reduction of time and labor costs for the analysis of processes in the field of sales management, purchases and a warehouse.

The further plans of the company are improvement of the information system "1C: Trade Management 8" according to new business needs.
