The center of legal consulting implements technologies of automation of operational and management accounting

Specialists of the Kiev office of the company "1C: The first BIT" (1C: Accounting and Trade) automated conducting accounting and tax accounting in Center of Legal Consulting law firm by means of the 1C: Accounting 8 program, the company implementer reported on December 20, 2012.

Objectives

The customer company constantly develops, opens new practicians, increases staff, increases the level of opportunities for providing legal services of high quality and complexity. For the purpose of automation of routine transactions and decrease in load of department of accounting, the company management made the decision to use the 1C: Accounting 8 program.

The leaders of "The center of legal consulting" asked for the help in installation of a system one of the largest partners of 1C Company - the company "1C: The first BIT". System implementation provided transparency and clearness of accounting; allowed to simplify process of receiving and information processing on accounting at the enterprise.

Accounting of the movement of cash and non-cash, including currency exchange transactions is automated. Settlings with partners and advance holders are automated. Accounting reports and the regulated reporting are prepared quickly and in time. In total five jobs were automated.
