Hardware and software system MONASTERY. The asset allows to automate processes of inventory of personal computers, the software and also accounting of the used equipment in workplaces (phones, printers, monitors, different component parts).

2018: MONASTERY. Asset. Description

According to information for June, 2018, the IT system "the MONASTERY. The asset" controls quality of work of information systems of the organization, keeps technical account and monitoring of network traffic, predicts and prevents failures in operation of the equipment.

"MONASTERY" is developed by child structure of Rostelecom – Globus-Telecom company. The solution already proved the efficiency in law enforcement agencies, public authorities, at the enterprises of defense industry complex. For example, "MONASTERY" works in the Safe City system, the Center of operation of objects of land space infrastructure (TsENKI) when using in single telecommunication system of the Vostochny spaceport, in JSC NPK Konstruktorskoye byuro mashinostroyeniya (Kolomna).

"MONASTERY" systematizes all data on operation of the equipment and the software and brings to the uniform program management console. At a deviation of the analyzed parameters from the set normal state, or at their non-standard behavior, "MONASTERY" will report about it to responsible IT specialists. For the notification different communication channels ¬¬− from the notification on the WEB PORTAL to the SMS or a call on the mobile phone can be used.

Three basic subsystems enter "MONASTERY": online monitoring, support of operation and inventory of information resources. The solution provides continuous status monitoring of IT infrastructure of the enterprise, predicts and prevents failures in operation of the equipment, allows to control quality of functioning of hardware, communication channels and software.

The first subsystem in real time conducts monitoring of the active network and server hardware of the computer network, controls operability of the software. "MONASTERY. Traffic" will help to collect, to save and analyze statistics about information volumes, the computer network of the organization transmitted through nodes. In turn, the module of a tekhpoderzhka automates service of users, request processing on upgrade of infrastructure. "MONASTERY" simplifies processes of inventory of information resources: collects data on set hardware and the software, carries out technical accounting of components of computing systems on different platforms.

The SKIT complex is certified by the Federal Service for Technical and Export Control (FSTEC) on compliance to requirements of protection against unauthorized access to information registered in Rospatent and included in the Unified register of the domestic software. In a system need of observance of rules of connection to the state State system of detection, prevention and elimination of consequences of computer attacks system is implemented.
