The administration of the Ruza municipal district expands scope of EDMS and buys additional licenses

The leadership administrations of the Ruza municipal district of the Moscow region made the decision on expansion of scope of application EDMS "CASE". Implementation was carried out by the company Unicsoft, the press service of the contractor reported on December 20, 2012.

Selecting the software solution for office-work automation, the administration of the Ruza district gave preference to the checked option - the first 6 jobs were equipped in 2011.

In the Ruza administration at the first stage means of EDMS "DELO" organized work with the entering and outgoing correspondence, citizens' appeals, control of execution of instructions, formation of the nomenclature of affairs and write-off "in case" the performed documents is automated. All office work analytics (reports on document flow volume, on performing discipline, etc.) from the moment of implementation of "CASE" forms using the built-in report forms.

The management of the territory highly appreciated effect of product introduction. According to Svetlana Korchunova, the deputy head of administration, a system allowed to increase performing discipline and efficiency of administration in general. For this reason in December, 2012 the decision on acquisition of licenses for additional jobs of EDMS "DELO", for use in a number of services of municipality is made.
