Biography

Was born in the village of Berdigestyakh of the Mountainous area of YaASSR.

In 1999 the historian, the political scientist graduated from the Yakut state university. In 2002. The Yakut state university as "lawyer".

Career

For 1993-1994 – worked as the fireman of Maltaninsky local hospital;

1994-1999 – the student of historical law department of YaGU;

1999-2000 – the junior researcher of Institute of humanitarian researches AN RS(Ya);

2000-2001 – the leading specialist of youth employment exchange of Yakutsk;

2001-2002 – the manager of department of youth of Administration of the Mountain ulus;

2002-2003 – the manager of department of the HR policy, for youth and physical culture, to sport of Administration of the Mountain ulus;

2003-2005 – the head of department – the chief of staff of Presidium of GU of Academy of Sciences of RS(Ya);

2005-2008 – the chief inspector of Control committee of the State Meeting (Il Tumen) RS(Ya);

On March 2, 2008 - it is elected the head of the municipal district "Mountain ulus (area)". Date of termination of powers – on March 2, 2013.
