PIEF fund (BIT:FINANS Standard / PROF)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company announces (BIT) project completion on automation of treasury and budgeting in "St. Petersburg International Economic Forum" fund. A system based on "BIT .FINANS for 1C: Accounting 8", allowed to increase transparency of financial accounting, to improve observance of the plan of the budget and also to control completion dates of agreements.

Project implementation was charged to 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) which locates own expert center on automation of finance. After inspection of business processes and the most difficult work locations of fund, specialists of BIT started creation of a new system based on industry solution of "BIT .FINANS" which covers all circle of requirements of fund.

Effect of implementation

Upon termination of the project it was succeeded to achieve the following results:

- the transparency of accounting Increased. Earlier accounting represented diverse information which was difficult to be consolidated to a uniform denominator. Annual audit was labor-intensive process. Now in a system all data on accounting and financial flows are reflected that simplifies process of preparation of financial statements and at the same time raises accuracy of the data.

- the risk of data loss Disappeared. All project information is structured according to separate folders which are stored in a single system.

- the Management received the reliable tool for control of the expense plan. Existence in the system of the payment schedule allows to prevent cash gaps, to keep track of dynamics of the current payments and also to avoid exceeding of costs.

- there Was an opportunity to keep account of agreements. At the expense of it control of execution of the payment schedule under the agreement improved.

- data exchange between already existing local system of the enterprise and the software solution "BIT .FINANS" Is adjusted. Integration allowed to provide online access to the reference book by partners at the expense of what employees can quickly obtain necessary information. Besides, need of double entry of data disappeared that allowed to increase the speed of accomplishment of routine tasks.
