Pylon (BIT:FINANS Standard / PROF)

In Pilon construction company budgeting automation process came to the end. The BIT .FINANS system became an alternative of the outdated platform and spreadsheets. The main project deliverable – elimination of the difficulties connected with the double entry accounting: the quantity of errors decreased, time for carrying out the plan-fact analysis was reduced, approval of payments accelerated.

For project implementation the BIT .FINANS software product was selected, solution designers - specialists of BIT company ("1C: Accounting and Trade") became the partner in implementation.

Creation of a system took 3 months.

Project Results

Need of double entry of data disappeared. Now in Pylon a single system in which actual data on budgeting are quickly displayed

Overall runtime of transactions was reduced, in particular work on reflection of the data connected with the budget of cash flow accelerated.

The quantity of errors was significantly reduced.

Analytical accounting accuracy increased.

Process of approval of payments accelerated. Now the management can approve requests for payment by the register, but not separately as it had to be done earlier.

Mikhail Veselov, the head of the finance and economy department of Pilon company, claims: "With the advent of a system we got rid of main "splinter" - the double entry accounting. It allowed to accelerate the general rate of work of department and at the same time to increase the accuracy of accounting and analytics. There was a calendar of payments, management accounting became more complete. We intend to continue the planned optimization rate and we are going to automate the next stage of budgeting regarding the income and expenditure budget".
