The Beltel system integrator implements the project of outsourcing technical support Microsoft Lync 2010 in UniCredit Bank, the company contractor reported on December 21, 2012.

Microsoft Lync 2010 is applied to ensuring effective interaction between 3.7 thousand employees working in 106 departments.
The contract provides responsibility of Beltel for administration of a system, work with incidents. The possibility of escalation on solution designers is in case of need provided. Specialists of Beltel perform installation and tuning of updates, quarterly carry out a system operation inspection, monitoring of its work.
"Less than for half a year the Beltel company constructed model of support of solutions on the basis of Microsoft Lync. Engineers of the company passed intensive trainings and certifications and confirmed the right to give technical support of voice solutions at the high level of quality" — Nikolay Muravlyannikov, the expert in implementation and support of Microsoft Lync, Microsoft Russia noted.
