FBU "TsLATI across the Volgograd Region" implements Business Process Management Suite and document flow

In November, 2012 the agreement on acquisition and system implementation of business process management of ELMA between FBU "Center of the Laboratory Analysis and Technical Measurements for the Volgograd Region" and EleWise company is signed, the press service of the contractor reported on December 20, 2012.

Objectives

Activity of the center is connected with the large volume of the processed requests and various documentation. For this reason workflow automation, increase in speed of performance of work and ensuring transparency became main objectives of start of a system.

The ELMA system attracted the customer with the complete solution of tasks of automation and ample opportunities of independent adaptation of a system by own forces.

At the first stage of system implementation works on automation of processing of requests are carried out, the full stroke from receipt of the request before signing of the act of the performed works is described.

The report on agreements is configured. Creation of this report allows to trace all lifecycle of agreements, to trace debtors, to obtain analytical information on a contracted work by different the temporary periods.

According to the results of implementation it is supposed:

• Increase in performing discipline, control of execution of instructions by the head.
• Acceleration and increase in transparency of work of employees
