"The east European Distribution Company" implemented EDMS THESIS

The "East European Distribution Company" limited liability company selected the THESIS system for complex automation of management processes and document flow of the organization. The project also includes integration with "The accounting system of enterprise 1 C".

VEDK LLC is the company of the international level and performs activities for federal distribution and management of the biggest portfolio as attracted, and own brands of alcoholic products which are submitted to 92% of outlets of the Russian Federation. At the moment the company cooperates with all national retailers.

Activity of distribution company of similar scale is connected with the large volume of the documents requiring the rational organization of information space in the enterprise. The necessity of implementation of EDMS is caused by the need for ordering of document flow and internal management processes of the company. For the solution of these tasks the management of VEDK LLC selected a document management system and tasks of TEZIS.

On August 14, 2012 in "East European Distribution Company" limited liability company there took place installation of the THESIS system. In addition to complex workflow automation, the implementation project also included integration of EDMS with "The accounting system of enterprise 1 C". In a month specialists of HAULMONT company unrolled a system at the enterprise, including performed necessary completions on an individual request of the customer and also provided training of employees then the THESIS system was brought into trial operation. Since November 7, 2012 all employees of VEDK LLC company began to use EDMS.

Final arguments for benefit of the choice of EDMS THESIS became: cross-platform of a system, readiness of developers to solve non-standard problems of the client and also efficiency of a command in implementation of completions. It is important for us that a system perfectly copes with large volumes of documents, at the same time, having the high level of fault tolerance. I will note that we felt effect of implementation practically at once, terms of approval of documents were reduced from 2 weeks to 2-3 days.
