Rusburmash (BIT:FINANS Standard / PROF)

The 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) successfully implemented the project on automation of operational and management accounting in Rusburmash-Kazakhstan company, having implemented the program "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting. PROF". As a result of implementation of the software product the efficiency of obtaining the reporting increased by 80%.

As the company is joint venture of two countries - Kazakhstan and Russia, reliable, operational management accounting was necessary for it for providing the management reporting to the top management. Therefore in the company there was a need for automation of process of budgeting and treasury. As the partner in automation the 1C: Accounting and Trade company (BIT) was selected.

Implementation of the program "BIT: Treasury and Budgeting. PROF" in 15 workplaces gave the chance to automate work at once several divisions of the company: accounting and finance division. Management accounting which was kept in the Excel program earlier that increased efficiency of obtaining the reporting by 80% was automated.
